It was raining... scratch that- it was pouring! But that wasn't going to stop us from going to the fair. I even told the people at the ticket counter, "I need cheese curds!" And was it worth it?! Yes.
Check out the cheesy goodness! So much better than what you can get a fast food restaurant.
Ashton loved 'em! But who wouldn't?!?
Sweet smile from my baby girl :)
Okay, back to the cheese curds :)
And enjoying more cheese curds... we stayed dry for a bit hanging out with the goats.
Ashton LOVED the animals!!
More dark clouds rolling in.
And Peyton slept through most of it- no surprise! She can sleep through her two siblings playing- of course she can sleep through a storm at the fair. Poor girl was a little damp though :(
We waited out the heaviest part of the storm. At least we found shelter in a tent... I did see some people run to the port-a-potties.
Ashton was all ready for the rain. Glad he wore his rain boots and jacket.

There were some major puddles around the fairgrounds. Not even sure you can call this a puddle. And someone decided to put mulch on the puddle thinking it would help... nope. It just made a lake of floating wood chips.
And this puddle/lake was right in front of our favorite stop- the Boy Scout's baked potatoes. But a little water was not going to stop us, especially Michelle :)
YUM! Worth it.
More animals :)
Peyton wasn't stuck in her stroller the whole time :)

Thanks, Mom and entire Cufr family for going to the fair with Ashton, Peyton and I. We had a lot of fun. Glad to be a part of a family that doesn't let a little (or a lot) of rain ruin a fun night. And thank you Scott for getting us out of the parking lot (that deserves it's own post).
