Swim Class!

The kids just finished their two weeks of swim class.  Jadyn was a Minnow this year (level 1) and Ashton was in the Tiny Tots class.  They had a lot of fun and looked forward to class every night.  They were a hot two weeks, so it was the perfect time to swim!

The last day of swim class the kids get to go down the slides... can you guess which one was our brave one and which one was a little more timid (make that very timid)?

Ashton went down the slide again and again... until his teacher told him they were finally done.  He flew down the slide and loved it!  Jadyn sat at the top of the slide for quite some time, then slowly scooted down and didn't climb out until she had complete contact with her teacher.  Two totally different personalities, but they both had fun! :) 

We're proud of both of them!  They both did a great job and made progress in their swimming skills!  Ashton passed his class and will be a Minnow next year (as long as he doesn't mind getting water in his face... he'll be a little short since he'll only be 4yr old next year).  Jadyn will also be a Minnow next year- she has a few skills she needs to work on before she can advance to level 2 (not sure what type of fish level 2 is).  So both kids will be in the same class next year- that'll make it easier to watch them both swim :)  Of course... I'll probably be in the water with Miss Peyton.
