Anyone who knows me well, knows that I have a fear of spiders. And no, it's not like a girly fear of spiders... I have good reason. Like everyone, I've been bitten by a spider (probably mostly in my sleep). But one time was very memorable to me. I was bit on my thumb and it hurt like crazy! My thumb got swollen and I started getting a red line going up my arm. By the next day the line was up to my armpit. I was on medication, had a huge shot in the butt, and had to wear a sling. Seriously. So yes, spiders scare me.
So why the post? Well, I've seen this spider a few times and I've tried googling it. But I have no idea what kind it is- and it scares me! None of these pictures are that great cause I wasn't going to get super close to this guy and I didn't want to spend too much time with him either. So sorry this won't be the best pictures for identifying a species, but it's the best I could do (willing to do).
Unfortunately, I discovered this spider while Brad was in the shower- so I had to wait for him to get out and kill it. In the meantime, Brad put a cap on it. Thank God that cap didn't move or crawl across the floor!

UPDATE: PICTURES REMOVED DUE TO SCARY CONTENT!!!
If you'd like to see similar pictures to the ones I previously had posted... google Woodlouse Spider at your own risk. Thanks to some help from facebook friends... we determined that a Woodlouse Spider is what was crawling around the bathroom.

We used to have those in our basement at our old house. I rarely saw them alive but they are icky.
