"Go RiverHawks!"

Last night we went to the Rockford RiverHawks game (Rockford's professional baseball team). It was Ashton's first baseball game and a lot of fun! It was clear skies and really sunny!! Jadyn and Judah got their hair spray painted. Jadyn loved it! And now I need to wash her pillow case and convince her to take a shower and wash it out :) It was great having such a family friendly park... there was a playground, bounce house, and even a train (which we never got around to riding... maybe next week).

Oh, and we had front row seats! Judah and Jadyn were great fans/cheerleaders- "GO RiverHawks!!" Finally the sun set and we could watch the game without being blinded. Of course that also meant that the mosquitoes were ready to come out. My girl :) The opposing team- the Joliet Jackhammers.

Ashton wanted to join them.

So they gave him a ball :) How could you not give a ball to such an adorable little guy?!?

Ashton really wanted to be with the players... especially after he got a ball and thought he was one of them :)

Road Ranger Stadium, home of the Rockford RiverHawks! We didn't stay for the entire game cause it got a little buggy and it was past the kiddos bedtime... But the RiverHawks were leading when we left and they won 6-1.

I should also add that the reason we went to the game was to celebrate all the work done for Sharefest 2010 (http://www.rockfordsharefest.com/).
